TERMS

1. All orders must total $50.00 before shipping cost is added.

 

 

2. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive the shipping notice including the tracking number for your package.

 

 

3. Data Security and Ecryption at PayPal - PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

 

Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

 

4. Shipping is done via USPS Ground. If you would like FedEX OR UPS Express Overnight, or 2 -Day Air, please e-mail us at holmeswholesale@aol.com.

For International or Non-Continental US States, please email us for shipping options.

 

5. Tracking numbers are emailed to you from USPS, UPS, OR FedEX, once items are processed and prepared for shipment.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?  

We usually ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-4 business days for delivery. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

7. What shipping method do you use?    

We utilize UPS, USPS Service and FedEX.

 

RETURNS

Should be made within 7 days in its original packaging.

 

Please email us for an RMA#. TOOLS, SOCKS, AND ELECTRONICS ONLY.

 

You will receive a refund (within 7 days), MINUS shipping, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

 

We have to apply this because we incur cost related to the sale and return of the merchandise in good condition. Items damaged during shipping will be refunded or exchanged at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

 

Merchandise Credits are not charged a re-stocking fee, but additional shipping charges will will apply when new or changed order is shipped out.

 

We cannot give refunds, or exchanges for merchandise that has been ripped open or returned outside or removed from its original packaging or if the merchandise has been used.

SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!!! 

SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS, GELS, CURL CREAMS, POMADES, BUTTERS ARE NOT RETUNABLE

LIABILITY

Holmes Wholesale shall not be deemed responsible nor held liable for any damages, shipping damages once in shipping company custody,  or claims for injuries, whether intentional or accidental, relating to the use or misuse of any products purchased. We are in no way responsible for typographical errors, product packaging change or design, however, we will try to rectify the item specific problem.   

WARRANTIES

There are NO warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other, which extend beyond the manufacturers description on the label of each product. Product packaging may change from time to time due to manufacturing.
